David is a fully qualified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Sports Massage Therapist and has over the years worked independently and alongside numerous physiotherapists to design and implement treatment strategies for injury recovery from minor sporting strains and sprains to full knee and hip replacements.
Sports Massage
Using Hands on massage techniques to relax, revive and rejuvenate muscles of the Legs, back, shoulders, neck or arms.
Its a deep tissue massage to complement any exercise and training regime or is perfect for pre and post event planning.

Corrective Exercise
5 stage plan to address any muscle and movement imbalances within the body. An effective treatment and training strategy post injury and for injury prevention.
1. Assess - full movement and posture assessments, looking for any dysfunctions.
2. Inhibit - stop overactive muscles from taking over.
3. Lengthen - lengthen any tight restricted muscles.
4. Activate - focus on weaker muscles with specific exercises.
5. Integrate - put the whole package together with large multi joint movements.
